Welcome to PersonaPath. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the PersonaPath website at www.persona-path.com (the “Site”), our health quiz, and the purchase of our products and services.
PersonaPath (“PersonaPath,” “we,” “us,” “our”) is a company registered in Denmark (CVR: DK42679267), specialising in personalised nutrition. Our registered address is Konsul Jensens Gade 3, 3Th, 8700 Horsens, Denmark. You can contact us via email at support@persona-path.com or via live chat on our Site. We typically respond to emails within a few hours during business hours.
By accessing our Site, completing the health quiz, or purchasing our products, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our Site or services.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Return and Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and PersonaPath regarding the use of our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
1. ELIGIBILITY AND USE OF THE SITE
1.1 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Site or purchase our products. By using PersonaPath, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
1.2 Account Responsibility
To purchase products or manage a subscription, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for providing accurate and current information at all times. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at support@persona-path.com of any unauthorised use of your account.

You agree not to misuse our Site or services. Prohibited actions include, but are not limited to:

2. THE PERSONAPATH HEALTH QUIZ
2.1 Purpose and Process
The PersonaPath health quiz is a proprietary tool designed to gather information about your health, lifestyle, dietary habits, and wellness goals. This information is used by our algorithms to create personalised nutritional supplement recommendations tailored to your individual profile.
2.2 Your Responsibility
The accuracy of our recommendations depends entirely on the truthfulness and completeness of the information you provide. You agree to answer all quiz questions accurately and to update your information if your health, lifestyle, or dietary habits change significantly. PersonaPath is not liable for any outcomes resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information provided by you.
2.3 Important Limitations
The health quiz and our subsequent recommendations are for general wellness and informational purposes only. They do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Always consult with a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new supplement regimen, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, have a pre-existing medical condition, are taking prescription medications, or have known allergies. Our recommendations are generated using an algorithm developed under scientific guidance, but they do not replace the consultation of a healthcare professional specialised in nutrition or dietetics.
3. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
3.1 Product Descriptions
PersonaPath offers personalised vitamin and supplement packages, as well as digital wellness resources. All products and services are intended for general health and wellness support.
The photographs and descriptions of products offered on the Site are as accurate as possible. However, you acknowledge that certain characteristics, including colour and packaging, may vary slightly from what is displayed online due to technical constraints such as screen settings and manufacturing variations.
3.2 Product Compliance
Our products comply with applicable EU standards and regulations relating to food supplements, health, safety, and consumer protection. PersonaPath ensures the quality and safety of its products through strict compliance with transport, storage, and conservation standards until delivery.
If you notice that any safety or quality standard has not been met, please inform us immediately at support@persona-path.com.
4. PLACING ORDERS
4.1 Individual Purchases
PersonaPath offers products for individual (one-time) purchase. These purchases are subject to all relevant sections of these Terms.
4.2 Order Process
Your submission of an order on our Site constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products. Upon receiving your order, we will process your payment and send you an order confirmation email. A binding contract between you and PersonaPath is formed only when we send this confirmation email.
You must provide all information marked as mandatory during the checkout process. Orders that do not include all required information cannot be validated. You guarantee that all information provided when placing your order is accurate, up to date, and complete.
4.3 Product Availability
All orders are subject to product availability. If a product is out of stock or unavailable after you have placed an order, we will notify you by email. If payment has already been taken, we will issue a full refund for the unavailable item within 10 business days.
4.4 Accuracy of Information
It is your responsibility to ensure that all order details, including product selection and shipping address, are complete and accurate. If you notice a mistake after receiving your order confirmation, please contact us immediately at support@persona-path.com. We will do our best to accommodate changes but cannot guarantee them once an order is being processed or dispatched.
5. SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES
5.1 Subscription Overview
PersonaPath offers products on a subscription basis with automatic renewals. By subscribing, you will receive a regular monthly supply of personalised supplements tailored to your needs based on the results of your health quiz.
5.2 Billing and Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions are automatically renewed on a monthly basis. Your payment method will be charged 3 to 5 days before your next scheduled dispatch date. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis without further authorisation from you, at the price in effect at the time of renewal.
You will receive a reminder email 5 days before each billing date, notifying you of the upcoming charge. This email will include the amount to be charged, your next dispatch date, and instructions on how to modify, pause, or cancel your subscription if you wish to do so.
5.3 Modifications to Subscription
You can modify your subscription preferences at any time through your account settings, including supplement formulations, product selection, delivery schedules, delivery address, and payment method or billing details.
Important: Any changes to your subscription must be made at least 7 days before your next billing date to take effect for the upcoming cycle. Changes made after this deadline will apply to the following cycle.
5.4 Pausing Your Subscription
You may pause your subscription at any time via your account settings or by contacting us at support@persona-path.com. Pausing must be requested at least 7 days before your next billing date to prevent the next charge.
There is no maximum pause duration — your subscription will remain paused until you choose to resume it. However, if your subscription has been paused for more than 90 consecutive days, we may send you a check-in email to ask whether you would like to resume or cancel.
5.5 Delaying a Single Shipment
If you do not wish to pause your entire subscription but need to delay a specific shipment, you may postpone your next dispatch by up to 14 days via your account settings. This must be requested at least 7 days before your next billing date. Your subscription will then continue on its regular schedule from the adjusted date.
5.6 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings or by contacting us at support@persona-path.com. Cancellation must be completed at least 7 days before your next scheduled billing date to avoid being charged for the next cycle. Upon cancellation:

No further payments will be charged.

Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle that has already been paid for.

You will continue to receive any products already dispatched or due for dispatch within the current cycle.
5.7 Failed Payments
If a payment fails, PersonaPath will attempt to charge your payment method up to 3 additional times over approximately 10 days. You will be notified by email before each retry attempt.
If the payment cannot be processed after all retry attempts, your subscription will be automatically suspended. You may resolve the issue by updating your payment information in your account settings. If payments cannot be resolved within a reasonable period, PersonaPath reserves the right to terminate the account.
5.8 Plan Check-Ins and Algorithm Adjustments
PersonaPath may periodically invite you to complete a check-in questionnaire to assess whether your health, lifestyle, or wellness goals have changed since your last quiz or check-in. Based on your responses, our algorithm may suggest adjustments to your supplement plan.
Suggested changes require your explicit approval before taking effect. You will be notified of any suggested adjustments and given a defined period to review and approve or decline them. If you take no action within this period, your current plan will remain unchanged. You are under no obligation to accept suggested changes.
Check-in invitations are intended to help optimise your plan over time and do not constitute medical advice. As always, consult a qualified healthcare professional before making significant changes to your supplement regimen.
6. PAYMENT AND PRICING
6.1 Pricing and Taxes
All prices are listed in Danish Krone (DKK) and are inclusive of applicable Value Added Tax (VAT). Prices do not include delivery charges, which will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process before you complete your order.
6.2 Payment Methods
We accept major credit and debit cards and other payment methods as listed on our Site. Payment is processed at the time of order placement for one-time purchases, and 3 to 5 days before dispatch for subscription orders. All payment transactions are handled through our secure payment service provider. PersonaPath does not store your banking or card details directly.
6.3 Incorrect Pricing
Our Site contains many products, and it is possible that some may be incorrectly priced. If we discover a pricing error in your order, we will contact you before processing. We are under no obligation to fulfil an order for a product that was advertised at an incorrect price.
6.4 Price Changes
PersonaPath reserves the right to adjust product prices at any time. For subscription customers, we will notify you of any price increase by email at least 30 days before the new prices take effect. If you do not accept the new pricing, you may cancel your subscription before the new price applies. Continued use of the subscription after the price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
6.5 Customs and Duties
For orders shipped outside of Denmark, you may be liable for customs duties, import taxes, and other fees imposed by your local authorities. These charges are your sole responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
7. DELIVERY

If your shipment is significantly delayed or lost in transit, please contact us at support@persona-path.com. We will investigate the issue with the carrier and, where appropriate, arrange for a replacement or refund.
8. REFUND, WITHDRAWAL, AND RETURN POLICY

8.1 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time purchases. If you are not satisfied with the product(s) you have ordered, contact us at support@persona-path.com within 30 days of your purchase date, and we will process your refund. No return of the products is required, as supplements cannot be resold. This guarantee does not apply to subsequent purchases of the same product.
8.2 Consumer Right of Withdrawal (EU/Denmark)
In accordance with EU and Danish consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason. To exercise this right, notify us at support@persona-path.com within this period. You are not required to return the product. We will process a full refund within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal request. A standard withdrawal form is attached as Annex 1 to these Terms.
8.3 Damaged, Incorrect, or Faulty Items
If you receive a product that is damaged, incorrect, or faulty, please contact us at support@persona-path.com within 7 days of delivery, providing your order number and photographic evidence of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement free of charge. We do not typically require the return of damaged items, but we may request a return at our expense for quality control purposes.
8.4 No General Returns
Except for the specific situations outlined above, PersonaPath does not accept returns of its products due to their personalised and consumable nature.
9. HEALTH DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
9.1 For Wellness Purposes Only
PersonaPath products are dietary supplements intended to support general health and well-being. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. PersonaPath offers a complementary, non-alternative nutritional supplement solution that cannot replace medical prescriptions or professional medical guidance.
9.2 Professional Medical Advice
The information on our Site and our recommendations should not be considered a substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any supplement regimen. Do not exceed the recommended dosage provided with your product unless instructed by a healthcare professional. Discontinue use and seek medical attention if you experience any adverse reactions.
9.3 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PersonaPath shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our Site, products, or services. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from a product purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that specific product.
PersonaPath is not liable for adverse effects resulting from the use of our products due to inaccurate health quiz responses, improper use of supplements, failure to follow usage guidelines, or individual allergic reactions.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude our liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by our negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (c) any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Danish law.
10. RETENTION OF TITLE
PersonaPath retains full ownership of all products sold until the purchase price, including any applicable delivery costs, has been received in full.
11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
11.1 Ownership
All content on the PersonaPath Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, algorithms, digital resources, branding, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of PersonaPath or its licensors and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
11.2 Restricted Use
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, decompile, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit any of our content without our express prior written permission. Any unauthorised use may result in legal action.
12. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION
PersonaPath is committed to protecting your privacy. We collect and process your personal data in strict compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Danish data protection laws. Our use of your data is solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services.

13. LEGAL WARRANTY OF CONFORMITY
As a consumer in the EU, you benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity. If a product you purchase from PersonaPath does not conform to what was agreed or is faulty, you have the right to request a repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund in accordance with applicable EU and Danish consumer protection law.
You have a period of two (2) years from the date of delivery to make a claim under this warranty. If you believe you have received a defective or non-conforming product, please contact us at support@persona-path.com as soon as possible, describing the defect and providing any supporting evidence (such as photographs). We recommend that you retain the product and its packaging.
If your claim is justified, we will offer you a replacement, a refund, or a price reduction, depending on the circumstances.
14. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
14.1 Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14.4 Jurisdiction
Any legal action or proceeding related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Denmark.
15. FORCE MAJEURE
PersonaPath will not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of our obligations under these Terms that is caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, war, terrorism, pandemics, epidemics, natural disasters, fire, flood, strikes, lockouts, energy or raw material shortages, extensive IT failures, cyber-attacks, failures of third-party suppliers, government orders or prohibitions, supply chain disruptions, or disruptions in postal and telecommunications networks.
In the event of force majeure, our obligations will be suspended for the duration of the event. We will notify you as soon as practicable and resume performance within a reasonable time after the event ceases.
16. GENERAL PROVISIONS
16.1 Amendments
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. For subscription customers, amended Terms apply at the next renewal of the subscription. We will notify you of material changes by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of our Site or services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cancel your subscription and cease using our services.
16.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision will be severed, and the remainder of the Terms will continue in full force and effect.
16.3 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Return and Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Purchase and Cancellation Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and PersonaPath regarding your use of our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
16.4 Language
These Terms are drafted in English. In the event of any translation into other languages, the English language version shall prevail in case of contradiction or dispute regarding the meaning of any term or provision.
16.5 Assignment
You may not assign, transfer, or sub-contract any of your rights or obligations under these Terms to any third party without our prior written consent. PersonaPath may assign its rights and obligations under these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
