Ingen skjulte gebyrer. Ingen oppustede enkeltproduktpriser for at få bundler til at ligne tilbud. Bare ærlig matematik.
Hvordan ser det ud i praksis?
Emballageomkostninger som dine bionedbrydelige poser, dispenserboks og fragt fordeles over alle produkter. Færre produkter = højere pris pr. stk. Flere produkter = lavere pris pr. stk. Simpelt.
Gratis fragt ved køb over 500 kr

Restauranteksemplet
Resten passerer ubrugt igennem.
Hvad påvirker biotilgængelighed:
- Den kemiske form af vitaminet
- Din individuelle tarmsundhed og genetik
- Hvad du spiser sammen med tilskuddet
Almindelige vitaminformer forklaret
Methylerede vitaminer (aktive former)
Eksempel: Methylcobalamin (B12) vs Cyanocobalamin
- Methylcobalamin Aktiv form, umiddelbart brugbar
Almindelige former: Methylfolate (5-MTHF), methylcobalamin (B12), P-5-P (B6)
Naturlig vs syntetisk
Fedtopløselige vitaminer (A, D, E, K) kræver fedt for at blive optaget.
- Ingen specifik form angivet (bare "Vitamin B12" uden typen)
- "Proprietære blandinger" der skjuler ingrediensmængder
- Påstande uden absorptionsdata
Bundlinjen
- Videnskabsbaserede former (methylerede, chelaterede, liposomale)

Calcium absorption factors — established (Established). [Established science].
Fordelene ved D3-vitamin
Bioaktiv form
Sundhedsstyrelsen anbefaler at måle 25(OH)D-niveauer for at vurdere status.
Sundhedsstyrelsen anbefaler, at alle gravide kvinder tager D-vitamintilskud.
Ja, D-vitamintilskud anbefales under graviditet. Sundhedsstyrelsen anbefaler, at alle gravide kvinder tager tilskud.

K2-vitamin anses generelt for sikkert under graviditet.

Vælg det måltid, du aldrig springer over.
Ofte ja, men tjek først for overlap.
Knogler fornyes langsomt, derfor er daglig brug over måneder pointen.
