Your personal note

Was this note helpful?

Sofie, I went through your answers properly before writing this, so some of it will be more detail than you were expecting. That is deliberate. You paid for a plan, and you should know why it looks the way it does.

The thing that stood out first was not any single answer, it was how three of them line up. You told us you rarely wake feeling restored, that you are drinking three or more caffeinated drinks a day, and that your sleep and wake times move around across the week. Individually none of those is remarkable. Together they describe a fairly specific pattern, and it is one that tends to hold itself in place: a flat morning invites more coffee, caffeine later in the day shallows the night that follows, and the next morning starts flat again.

That is why sleep leads your plan rather than energy, even though energy is what you actually notice during the day. Energy is where you feel this. Sleep looks like where it starts. If I am wrong about that, your next check-in will tell us, and we will move things around.

On the supplements themselves. Magnesium is in your plan because magnesium contributes to normal functioning of the nervous system and to normal psychological function, and because your answers about diet suggest intake is on the low side. Sleep+ is there for the evening routine as much as the ingredients, honestly. Vitamin D is there because you live in Denmark and it is not summer, which is reason enough between October and March.

What I did not add is worth saying too. Your digestion answers were unremarkable in the good sense: regular, no real bloating, fermented foods most days. There is a version of this business where I add a probiotic anyway, because probiotics sell well. Your answers do not support it, so it is not in your plan. The same goes for immunity, where you told us you rarely get ill and recover quickly.

One thing I would push back on gently. You rated your stress as manageable, but you also said you find it hard to switch off in the evening, and those two answers do not always sit comfortably together. I have not treated stress as a priority area because you did not ask me to, and because I would rather take you at your word. It is worth keeping an eye on, particularly if the sleep side does not shift.

For the next few weeks, the caffeine timing is the change I would make first. Not the amount, the timing. It is the easiest of the three to sustain and it is the one most likely to move something.

We will look at all of this again at your check-in. If nothing has changed by then, that is useful information rather than a failure, and it points us somewhere different.
