RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At PersonaPath, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. This Return and Refund Policy outlines your rights and our procedures regarding refunds, returns, and your statutory right of withdrawal under EU and Danish law.

1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time customers. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the date of purchase.

  • Provide your order number and let us know the reason for your dissatisfaction.

Conditions

  • This guarantee applies to a single product or bundle per customer for their first purchase only. It does not apply to subsequent purchases of the same product.

  • No return of the purchased items is required, as supplements cannot be resold for hygiene and safety reasons.

  • The refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days of approval.

2. Consumer Right of Withdrawal (EU/Denmark)

In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU and the Danish Consumer Contracts Act (Forbrugeraftaleloven), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.

How to Exercise Your Right

  • Notify us at support@persona-path.com or via live chat within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • You may use the standard withdrawal form attached as Annex 1 to our Terms and Conditions, or send any clear and unambiguous statement expressing your wish to withdraw.

Refund

  • We will process a full refund, including any standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal request.

  • The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original purchase, unless you expressly agree otherwise.

  • You are not required to return the product, as supplements cannot be resold for hygiene and safety reasons.

Exceptions

In accordance with EU consumer law, the right of withdrawal does not apply where:

  • The product has been manufactured according to your specifications or is clearly personalised (where applicable).

  • The product is likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly.

  • The product has been unsealed after delivery and cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons.

PersonaPath will assess the applicability of these exceptions on a case-by-case basis and will always act in good faith.

3. Damaged, Incorrect, or Faulty Items

If you receive a product that is damaged during transit, incorrect, or faulty, we will resolve the issue promptly and at no cost to you.

How to Report

  • Contact us at support@persona-path.com or via live chat within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • Provide your order number and photographic evidence of the damage, defect, or incorrect item.

Resolution

  • We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you free of charge.

  • If a replacement is not possible, we will issue a full refund for the affected product.

  • We do not typically require the return of damaged or incorrect items. However, we may provide return instructions at our expense for quality control purposes.

  • PersonaPath will cover all return shipping costs in these circumstances.

4. Legal Warranty of Conformity

Under EU and Danish consumer protection law, you have a two-year legal warranty of conformity from the date of delivery. If you believe a product you purchased from PersonaPath is defective or does not conform to the contract, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund.

To make a claim, contact us at support@persona-path.com as soon as possible after discovering the defect, describing the issue and providing any supporting evidence. We recommend you retain the product and its original packaging.

If your claim is made within six (6) months of delivery, the defect is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery unless we can demonstrate otherwise.

5. No General Returns

Due to the personalised and consumable nature of our products, PersonaPath does not accept general returns outside of the specific situations described in this policy (the 30-day guarantee, right of withdrawal, and damaged/incorrect/faulty items).

Requests for returns or refunds outside these conditions will be reviewed individually and at PersonaPath’s discretion. PersonaPath reserves the right to deny refunds if fraudulent or abusive claims are identified.

6. Subscription Cancellation and Refunds

If you cancel your subscription at least 7 days before your next billing date, no further payments will be charged. No refunds will be issued for the current billing period that has already been charged, unless:

  • The 30-day money-back guarantee applies (first-time customers within the first 30 days of purchase).

  • You are exercising your statutory right of withdrawal under EU/Danish consumer law (within 14 days of receiving your goods).

8. Limitation of Liability

PersonaPath will not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from a product purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under Danish law.
