What if I received the wrong order?

We're sorry if that happened. If you received the wrong products, please contact us at hello@personapath.com with your order number and a photo of what you received. We'll arrange for the correct order to be shipped to you as quickly as possible.

You won't need to return the incorrect items unless we specifically request it. We cover all costs associated with correcting order errors — no extra charge to you.
