How long does a refund take to process?

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days. The refund is issued to your original payment method.

Please note that it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider. If you haven't received your refund after 15 business days, please contact us and we'll look into it.
