How do I request a return or refund?

To request a return or refund, email us at hello@personapath.com with your order number and the reason for your request. Our support team will respond within 24 hours with instructions on how to proceed.

For returns, we'll provide a return address. Once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund has been issued.
