3. The PersonaPath Health Quiz

3.1 Purpose and Process The PersonaPath health quiz is an essential tool for collecting information about your health, lifestyle, and dietary habits. This information allows us to create personalized supplement recommendations tailored to your specific needs.

3.2 User Responsibility The accuracy of the supplement recommendations depends on the quality and truthfulness of the information you provide. You agree to answer the quiz questions accurately and update your information as needed to reflect changes in your health or lifestyle. PersonaPath is not responsible for outcomes arising from inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated quiz responses.

3.3 Limitations of the Quiz The health quiz and recommendations are intended as a wellness tool and do not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult with a healthcare provider before starting new supplements, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, or managing chronic conditions.


4. Subscription and Purchase Options

4.1 Overview PersonaPath operates on a subscription basis with automatic monthly renewals unless canceled by the customer. Each subscription package includes a 30-day supply of supplements personalized based on your health quiz responses.

4.2 Account Registration To subscribe, you must create a PersonaPath account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and ensuring that no unauthorized person accesses your account. PersonaPath is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from user negligence.

4.3 Individual Purchases In addition to subscriptions, PersonaPath offers the option to purchase single items or products without committing to a subscription. These purchases are subject to the same terms regarding delivery, returns, and liability.

4.4 Automatic Renewal Subscriptions automatically renew each month unless canceled through your account at least 48 hours before your next billing cycle.

4.5 Modifications Subscription preferences, such as supplement formulations or delivery schedules, can be modified through your account settings. Changes submitted less than 48 hours before the next billing cycle will apply to the following month.

4.6 Subscription Cancellation You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation requests must be submitted before the next billing cycle to avoid charges for that month.

4.7 Minimum Subscription Period The minimum subscription period is 30 days. Subscriptions renew on the same day every month as the initial purchase unless canceled or modified by the customer. Modifications and cancellations can be made through the customer’s account page.

4.8 Subscription Fees and Discounts The subscription fee remains the same as the initial full subscription fee without any discounts. If discounts were applied for the first month, no additional discounts will apply from the second month onwards unless explicitly stated otherwise on the website.


5. Personalized Product Recommendations

5.1 Data-Driven Customization PersonaPath uses the data collected through the health quiz to recommend supplements. Our proprietary algorithms and expert insights aim to provide the most suitable products for your needs.

5.2 Disclaimer Individual results may vary based on biological factors, adherence to recommendations, and external influences. PersonaPath does not guarantee specific health outcomes.


6. Payment Terms

6.1 Pricing and Taxes All prices are listed in DKK and include applicable VAT. Additional charges, such as shipping fees, will be displayed during checkout.

6.2 Payment Methods PersonaPath accepts major credit/debit cards and other payment options listed on the website. Payment will be processed on your designated billing date.

6.3 Failed Payments If a payment fails, PersonaPath will attempt to charge your payment method up to three times. If payment cannot be processed, your subscription will be suspended until resolved.


7. Delivery Policy

7.1 Delivery Partners and Options PersonaPath collaborates with local delivery carriers to ensure secure and efficient shipping. Customers can choose their preferred delivery carrier, method, and location during the checkout process.

7.2 Delivery Timeframes Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery times range from 2–10 business days, depending on location.

7.3 Delivery Areas PersonaPath ships to Denmark, Scandinavia, and select European countries.

7.4 Customer Responsibility Ensure your delivery address is accurate and updated in your account. PersonaPath is not liable for non-delivery due to incorrect address details.

7.5 Delivery Tracking Customers will receive tracking details upon dispatch to monitor their package.

7.6 Delayed or Lost Shipments In cases of significant delays or lost shipments, PersonaPath will investigate with the carrier and provide a replacement or refund if necessary.


8. Refund Policy

8.1 30-Day Refund Guarantee Customers are entitled to a full refund within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked. Refunds do not require the return of purchased items, as these cannot be resold. 8.2 Exceptions to Refunds Refunds are not provided beyond the 30-day period unless exceptional circumstances are demonstrated. PersonaPath reserves the right to deny refunds if fraudulent or abusive claims are detected.

8.3 Damaged or Incorrect Items PersonaPath will replace damaged or incorrect items free of charge. Customers must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product. Photographic evidence of the issue may be required to process replacements.


9. Consumer Right of Withdrawal (EU and Danish Laws)

9.1 Right of Withdrawal Customers in the EU have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods. PersonaPath honors this right with full refunds provided upon request.

9.2 Refund Process Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal request. Customers are not required to return goods as supplements cannot be resold.


10. Return Policy

10.1 No General Returns PersonaPath does not accept returns for personalized products unless they are defective or incorrect.

10.2 Exceptions Returns are accepted in cases of:

  • Damaged products upon delivery.

  • Incorrect items sent. For such cases, PersonaPath will cover return shipping costs and arrange a replacement or refund.

13.3 Proper Usage and Dosage Each package of supplements is accompanied by a detailed usage guide specific to your personalized recommendations. This guide includes:

  • Daily Dosage: The exact number of supplements to take each day.

  • Timing and Method of Intake: Instructions on when and how to take your supplements (e.g., with meals, water).

  • Storage Instructions: Recommendations on how to store your supplements to maintain their quality, such as keeping them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

13.4 Additional Precautions Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage unless instructed by a healthcare professional. Discontinue use and consult a doctor immediately if you experience adverse reactions.
