Your first order includes the full quantities of each supplement to get you started on your plan. Refill orders are the recurring deliveries that follow, typically shipped every 30 days.

The contents of your refill orders match your current subscription plan. If you've made changes to your plan (through your dashboard or after retaking the quiz), your next refill will reflect those updates. Refill pricing is discounted compared to one-time purchases.
