What happens if my package is lost or damaged?

If your package arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@personapath.com. Include your order number and, if applicable, photos of the damaged package or products.

We'll work with our shipping partner to investigate and will either send a replacement or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we'll make it right.
